Terms of Service
Last updated: June 24, 2026
These Terms of Service are the agreement between you and Croisée when you use the Croisée mobile app or this website. Please read them carefully. By using Croisée, you accept them.
In short: Croisée helps friends coordinate travel. It is informational only and must never be used as a safety, emergency, or real-time tracking tool. You must be at least 16. Use it only with people who agree to share with you, be respectful, and you can delete your account at any time.
1. Who we are, and accepting these terms
Croisée is operated by Thomas Cosialls, an individual established in France (we, us, our).
By creating an account or using Croisée, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use Croisée.
2. Who can use Croisée
You must be at least 16 years old to use Croisée. By using it, you confirm that you are at least 16 and that the information you give us is accurate and kept up to date.
3. What Croisée is, and what it is not
Croisée is a private travel-coordination app that helps friends see when their plans overlap, at city level. It is informational only.
Croisée is not a safety, emergency, security, or real-time tracking service. It does not show anyone's live location. Never rely on it to locate a person in an emergency, to know exactly where someone is, or for any situation where accurate or real-time information matters.
4. Your account
You are responsible for your account and for keeping your sign-in secure. You are responsible for activity that happens under your account. Tell us promptly at hello@digisulit.com if you suspect unauthorized use.
5. Acceptable use
Croisée is for sharing plans with people you know and trust. You agree not to:
- Use Croisée to share, locate, or track anyone who has not chosen to share with you.
- Harass, threaten, stalk, impersonate, or harm other people.
- Scrape, copy, harvest, or otherwise extract data from the service.
- Interfere with the service, probe or breach its security, or attempt to access data that is not yours.
- Use Croisée for any unlawful purpose or in breach of any applicable law.
6. Your content
The trips and details you add remain yours. You grant us only the limited, non-exclusive license we need to operate the service, for example to store your trips and show them to the friends you have chosen. This license ends when you delete the content or your account, except for copies our providers may retain briefly in routine backups.
7. Privacy
Our handling of your personal data is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
8. Premium and paid features
Croisée does not currently charge for any feature. We may introduce paid or premium features in the future. If we do, we will describe the price and terms clearly, and we will not charge you without your consent.
9. App stores
You download Croisée through the Apple App Store or Google Play, and your use is also subject to their terms.
These Terms are between you and us, not with Apple or Google. Apple and Google are not responsible for Croisée or for providing support, and they provide no warranty for the app. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them. You confirm that you are not located in a country subject to a relevant embargo and that you are not on a relevant restricted-parties list.
10. Availability and changes to the service
We are actively building Croisée. Features may change, and the service may occasionally be unavailable or interrupted. We may add, change, or remove features over time.
11. Suspending or ending your account
You can delete your account at any time from within the app; deletion is immediate and permanent. We may suspend or end accounts that break these Terms or that create risk for other people or for the service. Where reasonable and lawful, we will give you notice.
12. Disclaimers
To the extent permitted by law, Croisée is provided as is and as available, without warranties of any kind. City-level information may be inaccurate, incomplete, or out of date. Croisée is not intended for emergency, safety, security, or real-time tracking purposes. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that mandatory consumer law gives you and that cannot be waived.
13. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of Croisée, including plans that change, overlaps that are missed, or information that turns out to be wrong.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law, including the mandatory consumer-protection rights you have in France and the rest of the European Union.
14. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by French law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of your country of residence.
We would like to resolve any dispute informally first, so please contact us at hello@digisulit.com. If you are an EU consumer, you can also use the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. The competent courts are determined by applicable law.
15. General
If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest stays in effect. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you and us about Croisée. We may transfer our rights and obligations under these Terms, for example as part of a reorganization, without affecting your rights. Our not enforcing a term is not a waiver of it.
16. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make a meaningful change, we will update this page and the date at the top. Continuing to use Croisée after a change takes effect means you accept the updated Terms.
17. Contact
