Delete your account and data

This page explains how to delete your Croisée account and the data tied to it. Croisée is the private travel-coordination app built by the Croisée team. You can delete your account yourself inside the app, or ask us to do it for you.

Delete your account from the app
The quickest way is from inside Croisée:
- Open Croisée and go to the Settings tab.
- Scroll to the Account section.
- Tap Delete account, then confirm.
Deletion is immediate and permanent. There is no recovery period, so make sure before you confirm.
Ask us to delete it for you
If you can no longer open the app, email us at hello@digisulit.com from the address linked to your account, or include the email or handle on your account so we can find it. We will complete your request within 30 days, and sooner whenever we can.
What we delete
When your account is deleted, we remove your personal data from Croisée, including:
- Your profile: display name, handle, language, and any profile photo.
- Every trip you have added, and your home city.
- Your friend connections and any pending friend requests.
- Your notifications and your push notification token.
- Your sign-in identity with our authentication provider, Clerk.
We never sell your data, and we do not keep a copy to build advertising profiles. There is no ad business here.
What may be kept, and for how long
After deletion, Croisée keeps nothing about you. The only residual data is limited technical logs held by our infrastructure providers as part of their normal operation, deleted automatically within 90 days. We do not retain your data for any longer period.
